In 2018 the NRL launched a redesigned website and app, taking the game into a new digital age.
The revamped digital network was the result of two years of preparation between designers, developers and the code’s digital partner, Telstra. The true focus was on the mobile-first design approach – with research showing over 70% of traffic being mobile-based.
My role included overseeing different stages of the build, including brand approvals, leading design sprints and being the general brand eye across the whole development.
